What shipping methods do you provide?
We offer three shipping methods:
1. Ground (5-7 business days): $5
2. 2nd Day Air (2 business days): $15

Orders & Shipping
How can I make changes to my order?
No one wants to wait for their SPF! Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly. Because of this, we are not able to add or remove products once an order is placed. However, there may be some time to cancel the entire order within business hours. Please contact (customer service email) within an hour of your order begin placed and we will do our best to process your request.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
If you have received any items that were damaged during transit, please contact us at (customer service email) with photos of damage attached, and we will take care of the rest.
What should I do if a product was missing or I received the wrong product?
If you didn’t receive the correct order, please contact us at (customer service email) with your order details, and we will take care of the rest.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on our online store between Monday - Friday before 2pm should ship the same day. Orders placed after the 2pm cut off time should be shipped the next business day.

Will your sunscreen irritate my acne-prone skin?
It is essential to wear SPF daily for skin protection. Our non-comedogenic SPF products are designed to minimise the risk of blocking pores and contain zinc oxide as an active ingredient which is well-known for its soothing properties that can help with irritation and redness. It is always recommended to consult your doctor.

How often should I reapply your natural sunscreen?
It is advised that your reapply our zinc-based mineral sunscreen every two-hours for all day sun exposure.
Does your natural sunscreen leave a white residue on the skin?
Our mineral based sunscreen will feel light on your skin without leaving a white residue behind.
Are all of your products broad spectrum?
Indeed they are. Broad Spectrum sunscreens play a vital role in shielding the skin from both UVA and UVB rays.
It's worth noting that while UVB rays are associated with sunburn, UVA rays, often referred to as 'ageing rays' maintain a consistent intensity year-round, even in cloudy conditions. The damage caused by UVA rays may not be immediately visible, but over time, it can contribute to accelerated signs of ageing such as pigmentation, loss of elasticity, rough skin, and dryness. Therefore, incorporating sunscreen into your daily routine is not only about preventing sunburn but also safeguarding your skin from long-term effects caused by UVA exposure.

Do you use oxybenzone in your natural sunscreen?
Absolutely not. Oxybenzone is a commonly used UVB and UVA filter in many sunscreens, but it poses concerns as it can be absorbed through the skin, potentially leading to hormone disruption. It has also been identified as a common trigger for allergic reactions. Rest assured, all of Suntopia’s products are, and always have been, oxybenzone-free. Instead, we use other safe ingredients that provide broad-spectrum protection for you skin.

Each individual circumstance can vary especially during pregnancy. Whilst we are committed to creating formulas that are both healthy and effective as well as steering clear of controversial ingredients such as parabens and oxybenzone, we recommend reaching out to your doctor to have a personalised discussion of your needs.
